I’m Mrinal, a creator, a listener, a misfit in a world of checklists. I don’t come from the startup world. I come from the world of people—messy, emotional, beautiful people—and the systems that often forget them.
I started my journey in hospitality, where I revived a failing resort—Yamuna Resort—not through strategy decks, but through empathy. I sat with the staff, listened to their stories, fixed what was broken, and brought back trust. In a few months, that place wasn’t just running—it was glowing. Families came for rest, and they left with memories.
Later, as a General Manager, I ran operations end-to-end. Every day was a live wire: managing chaos, calming fires, handling numbers, and still finding the humanity in every interaction. That phase taught me what resilience truly means—and that leadership isn’t a title, it’s a response.
But even with all that... something was missing.
I kept looking at the kids around me—the stress in their eyes, the silence in their questions—and I realized: they don’t need coaching. They need companionship. They need someone to help them understand their minds, their hearts, their power. That’s when Mrineh was born.
Not a company. A cause.
Mrineh is my heart on a whiteboard. A life-skills mission for students who feel left behind by the system. It's raw, real, and radically human. We teach teens how to feel, think, and grow—without preaching, without pressure.

And then came Mrineh Sattva—a space for grownups to pause and reconnect. Because healing isn’t age-bound. And growth doesn’t stop at adulthood.
Through everything—be it business, design, education, or storytelling—I lead with empathy, build with clarity, and move with purpose.
I’m not here to scale fast. I’m here to scale deep. If even one person walks away feeling more understood because of something I built—then it’s a win.
